- List maintenance - CBS keeps your mail list confidential, and we can handle routine upkeep and maintenance, data entry, and address updating through National Change of Address (NCOA), so your mail list is always ready at a moment's notice.
- De-duplication – We will let you know of duplicates in your list so you never mail someone twice in the same campaign.
- Data Protection – Your database is secure and is only accessed when you need it. Secondly, all our servers are protected by secure firewall systems.
- Mail list acquisition - no more shots in the dark; CBS works with several list companies to get you lists that target your intended market.
- Merge/Purge - we can combine lists from all sources, saving you money by eliminating duplicates.
- CASS certification - postal regulations require CASS certification of all mail lists every six months in order to qualify for discounted rates. PMM will make sure your list is up-to-date.
