Automated Inserting and Folding
Inserting
When it comes to automated inserting and folding our systems can handle numerous combinations. Inserts can be non-folded, pre-folded, or fold the piece prior to inserting. We also have the ability to collate or “nest” the inserts.
It is important to note that automated inserting requires the inserts and envelopes to meet certain requirements. As a general rule, the insert must be ˝ inch shorter than the envelope. If you have any questions on whether or not your mail piece meets the requirements for automated inserting, please give us a call.
Folding
Whether it’s a self-mailer or an insert, we can fold your mail piece to give it the look you want. For example: we can perform both half folds and trifolds; trifolds can be either “letter” style or “Z” style.
