Hand Assembly
Hand assembly is necessary when brochures, printed sheets, folders, cards, premiums, etc. are of different sizes, thickness, and shapes - items that can’t normally be assembled and/or inserted automatically.
Examples of hand assembly
- Inserting booklets or catalogue sheets into the pockets of a presentation folder or brochure folder.
- Affixing a plastic card into die cut slits on a carrier and then inserting the assembled carrier into an envelope.
- Collating and assembling printed flyers with premiums and miscellaneous brochures into envelopes or boxes.
- Putting together a combination of printed sheets of various sizes, multiple-part forms with front and back covers.
